With over 14 years of experience in aircraft sheet-metal fabrication, Trevor leads AFS with precision, integrity, and a deep respect for aviation history. His expertise spans structural rebuilds, complex forming, and authentic warbird restoration, including multiple Grumman Mallards. Known for his craftsmanship and steady leadership, Trevor sets the standard for excellence both in the shop and in the air.
Amber Cusimano
With a background as a small business owner, Amber balances technical skill with creative precision. As team leader, Amber is known for treating clients like family, consistently going above and beyond to ensure every project is completed with care and satisfaction.
Lauren Ely
Lauren brings sharp attention to detail and a deep respect for craftsmanship to the AFS team. With a background in archaeology, she also leads brand management for AFS and is currently training toward her private pilot’s license.
Radar
As the resident shop dog, Radar takes his roles in guest relations, quality control, and in-house entertainment seriously. Always the first to greet visitors and the last to leave a project uninspected, Radar keeps team spirits high and reminds everyone that passion and joy are as essential to good work as precision and skill.
Harrison
Harrison specializes in electrical integration, ensuring each project meets both performance and safety standards. His technical insight and methodical approach enhance every restoration. Outside the shop, he’s an avid traveler and football fan
